What’s the difference between the Wireless Camera V3S and V4?

The V4 is a PTZ camera (pan/tilt/zoom) which means you can move the camera’s angle from your phone. It has a detachable solar panel; this allows you to set up your camera in one location for the best view angle and the solar panel in another location for the best sunlight angle.
What’s the difference between the 4G Wireless Camera Wi-Fi and the 4G model?
The WiFi-enabled camera requires a wireless internet connection to function, while the 4G model operates through a SIM card and accompanying data plan.
Can I manually record or take pictures on the V4 camera?
YES! The application allows you to manually record videos as well as take photos with a tap of a button.

Yes! You can have up to 8 people logging in and viewing a camera’s live feed simultaneously on the app for V3S and V4 cameras.
Is the portal app-only, or am I able to use a desktop or view it from a different app?
To use our V4 and V3S cameras, it is necessary to download our application onto your smartphone or tablet. Please note that a desktop version of the application is currently unavailable. The application on your mobile device grants access to all camera functions, including the ability to adjust settings, view recordings, and more.

How much data does the V4 4G camera use?
You will only need to use data when accessing the app to view your camera or previous recordings. For SD footage, the average usage is 0.9-1.9MB per minute, while for HD footage it is 1.9-3.8MB per minute. This means that with a 2GB data plan per month, you can watch approximately 700 minutes of HD footage.
Do I have to manually activate the SIM card that came with the V4 4G camera?
The SIM card accompanying your 4G camera has been pre-activated and includes 100 MB of complimentary data to facilitate the initial setup of your device. Please note that the complimentary data will expire after 7 days from the time of insertion into your camera.
